Nov. 6, Tuesday -- Yu'cta Musse, a leader of the Nasa people of Colombia, will talk about the U.S.-funded Plan Colombia and its impact on indigenous communities from 3:30 to 5 p.m. in Andrews Conference Room 2203 in the Social Sciences and Humanities Building at UC Davis.
Musse's talk is sponsored by the UC Davis Department of Anthropology, the Department of Environmental Science and Policy, the Department of Native American Studies, the International Agricultural Development Graduate Program, the Hemispheric Institute on the Americas at UC Davis, and the vice provost for University Outreach and International Programs.
