Aggie Experience Live
Have questions about majors, residence hall life, campus dining, and just about everything else? Come learn about everything you need to know about UC Davis through Aggie Experience Live! Held both in person and virtually, we hope to show you the true Aggie Experience.
We will kick off our first-year Aggie Dayon Saturday, April 9 in person, followed by a week of fun virtual activities.
And our transfer Aggie Day will be held Saturday, May 13 in person, also followed by a week of virtual activities.
Applying to UC Davis
Applicants for fall admission can start working on the UC application as early as August 1, and must submit the application November 1-30. Your students can apply to as many UC campuses as you like with just one application.

- The University of California Board of Regents unanimously approved suspension of the standardized test requirement (ACT/SAT) for all California freshman applicants
- UC Davis will debut its new interdisciplinary data science major in fall 2022, providing a career pathway for undergraduates who plan to become leaders in this cutting-edge field. A collaborative effort between the College of Letters and Science and the College of Engineering, the data science major will prepare students to collect, manage and analyze data, to consider the ethical and societal impacts of data science, and to communicate their discoveries effectively.
- The College of Biological Sciences is offering a new major in Human Biology. The major equips students with fundamental knowledge needed for a broad range of careers, including those in the areas of healthcare, biotechnology, public health, public policy, and education, and for advanced study in health-related disciplines, such as medicine, dentistry, nursing, physical therapy, and pharmacy. The Human Biology major is currently only open to continuing students through a lottery that is run in spring quarter. The next lottery will be run in spring 2022 All incoming CBS transfer students will be eligible.
