Updated Dec. 9: UC Davis football on Saturday rolled over Illinois State 42-10, earning a place in the quarterfinal round of the Football Championship Subdivision, or FCS, playoffs.

“I'm proud of the team,” Head Coach Tim Plough said. “Illinois State is a great football team and early on they came out and punched us in the mouth. But our team continues to show great resolve, and their resilience is what makes them a special team.”

The Aggies will travel to South Dakota on Dec. 14 for a quarterfinal matchup against the Coyotes. Kickoff in that game is set for noon; it will be broadcast on ESPN+.

MORE PLAYOFF NEWS

Tickets are available to the public starting at $15 and season ticket holders can head here to lock in their season seat. Season ticket holders must repurchase their season seats.

Junior Aggie passes are not valid for postseason games, so fans with children in the Junior Aggie Club must purchase a playoff ticket for them.

Football-specific parking passes must also be repurchased, as any season-long regulars season passes will not be valid for the postseason. Parking passes for tailgating in Lot 53 and Champions Corridor along La Rue Road will cost $25.

Parking for other lots on campus is priced at standard visitor and affiliate rates:

The Aggies are also asking, due to the NCAA not allowing for complimentary tickets, that fans donate $5 per student ticket so we can pack the student section and make Shredville a place to fear. Donations can be made by phone at 530-752-2471 or by making an online gift to the Athletic Directors Discretionary Fund — that money will go toward tickets for students as well as local veterans attending the game.
