Alum ‘Reclaiming’ her life

UC Davis research was featured on PBS NewsHour last week, highlighting the work of Brian Bird, the director of the One Health Institute Laboratory and associate adjunct professor of emerging and zoonotic diseases in the School of Veterinary Medicine. He’s trying to determine whether climate change is increasing the speed of disease jumping from animals to humans.
