Updated 3:35 p.m. Dec. 10: The city of Davis Police Department has indicated that traffic has resumed on Richards Boulevard between downtown Davis and Interstate 80.

The city of Davis Police and Fire departments are investigating a traffic hazard at the Richards Boulevard tunnel. They are directing people to avoid the area and find alternate routes until further notice.
